Dear With Mission in Mind readers, 

I am thrilled to introduce you to With Mission in Mind, a monthly newsletter dedicated to FXW’s mission and charisms. As FXW’s Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion and author of this publication, it pleases me to share that With Mission in Mind will be a beacon of inspiration, highlighting our community’s achievements in animating our mission and charisms. In addition, With Mission in Mind will serve as a source of shared learning and support for our community as together we strive to be: 

A Community that is purposefully diverse and intentionally inclusive. 
A Community of faith that welcomes and embraces all faith traditions. 
A Community that is preparing thinkers and leaders in an academically enriched environment 
A Community that is motivated by faith to serve others. 

I invite you to join us on this journey, engaging with the content, sharing your stories, and contributing to our ongoing dialogue about diversity, equity, and inclusion.
