Gala is FXW’s largest annual fundraising event, attended by over 800 parents, faculty, staff, and friends. The evening begins with a cocktail hour at 6 p.m., followed by dinner and a program featuring a live auction and a paddle raise in which guests are invited to raise their numbered paddles to pledge a specific donation. This year’s paddle raise is focused on supporting arts programming and cultural performances that inspire our students’ creativity and growth.

The price of tuition does not fully cover the cost of an FXW education. Proceeds from the Gala directly support FXW’s general operations, ensuring we can continue to offer an exceptional education grounded in our values of inclusion, faith, and excellence.

• Individual Tickets: $275 each. You can indicate seating preferences when purchasing.

• Table Sponsorships: $4,500 for a table of 10 guests. Includes recognition in event materials.

• Event Sponsors and Patrons: Various levels available, offering significant impact and recognition. These sponsorships underwrite event costs, ensuring the Gala’s success. Yes! Gala tickets, sponsorships, paddle raise contributions, and auction item purchases are tax-deductible after factoring in the fair market value of items received.

• Tickets and sponsorships purchased in 2024 are deductible in the 2024 tax year.

• Paddle raise contributions and auction purchases made on the night of the Gala will be deductible in 2025.
