Jason Cummings, father of Paige (Grade 3) and Chelsea (Grade 1), is the founder and CEO of Empowerment Strategies, a technology consulting firm, focused on creating value for private and public sector organizations through transformation. He has over 20 years of experience helping clients adopt innovation and optimize operational efficiency. Prior to establishing Empowerment Strategies, Jason held roles at Google Cloud, Slalom Consulting and Ernst & Young. He is an active civic leader who serves as a Board Director for the Civic Federation and on the Civic Affairs Committee at the University Club of Chicago.
